The Panic Away Mini Course
Good day, eh. Panic Away, the mini course.
Dare the cause of your anxiety to attack you. Give it twenty seconds to rear its ugly head and kill you.
Think warm, happy thoughts.
Drink plenty of water.
Don’t fret if you are not sleeping throughout the night. Be happy for what rest you do manage to get. Worrying about night panic attacks only makes things worse.
Panic attacks are internal psychic attacks. Some internal level is not handling things well.
Panic attacks do not mean that one isn’t brave. You are very brave.
Tell your friends not to dump on you because you are having panic attacks because that doesn’t help.
You are not alone.
Everyone is different, and therefore their path to panic-free living will be shorter or longer or differ from your own, but the complete Panic Away course is certain it will address your issues.
I did not find the mini course too helpful, although many people do like the little pep talks.
I am going to sign up for the complete course and see how things go. It is worth a try, and many have found relief from their anxiety by following the advice outlined in Panic Away. I hope that I am one of them. I’ll let you know how it’s going.
