Crystal Himalayan Salt Lamps

What a bright idea!
Soft glow, but definitely a bright idea.
Crystal Himalayan salt lamps by Solay do indeed emit negative ions to the air. These ions bond with allergens, those nasty particulates in the air and take them down to the ground.
This type of bondage is definitely a good thing!

Cinnamon Twisted

Apparently, one of the latest fads on the internet is to try to swallow a tablespoonful dried cinnamon.  It is known as The Cinnamon Challenge. There are video clips galore showing the shocking and painful, and usually futile endeavour.
