Raw Food and You

« Posted by Pat Franczyk on July 1, 2010 »

When I first read that the Canadian company Upaya Naturals provided online customers with raw food delights, I wondered what kind of idiot can’t just buy a raw carrot from the local food store and eat it.  Even if you are a shut-in, local stores deliver, so where is the market for Upaya Naturals?
Silly me. Upaya Naturals [...]

How to Make Watermelon Raspberry Lemonade
Hey people! After years of not being able to trick my body into losing weight to any great degree, I have found an effective friend in the food department.
Watermelon.
Yep. When I eat watermelon, as well as whatever else I am eating — not instead of — I can actually kickstart [...]

Drugs.com!

« Posted by Pat Franczyk on March 26, 2010 »

No. You cannot order drugs directly to your home from this site. Shame on you for the thought.
I did not have that thought.
But you can get the straight goods on many medications used on the market these days. And thank the gods for that.

Xa — Ya!

« Posted by Pat Franczyk on February 23, 2010 »

And we keep on sucking on it, like the morons we must be. Every time a “calorie reduced” product has aspartame in it, a warning in bold letters must appear, stating that this product Aspartame, contains phenylalanine. If it has to be printed in bold-faced type, when absolutely nothing else in the [...]

So You Don’t Like The Green, Eh?

« Posted by Pat Franczyk on October 15, 2009 »

Neither do I. The green background for this website is borderline pea. It resembles the connotations the sound of that word conjures up in each of our brains. You know what I mean.
I detest green pea soup with my whole heart and soul. But ask your little overweight selves this question:
Do you feel like eating [...]

Fattycakes Wants To Lose Weight

For a craft service person, life on a film set is spent on one’s feet for 18 to 20 hours a day, if not more.
I am not kidding you. We never stop! Feeding a film crew and the actors and production management is a never-ending affair.
Lucky for me, I have a “pioneer” body type! This, [...]
